The new Bunce SnoPro range of snowploughs (ranging from 1.83m to 3.66m width) has recently been developed, maintaining the excellent quality of our previous models but including a few new design features e.g. giving the blades a greater curve and, whilst not diminishing the strength of the units in any way, we have reduced the overall weight to reduce the load on the front of the carrying vehicle. Our SnoPro A range equates to our old ‘Standard Duty’ model and is suitable for use with 100+hp tractors or 7.5+ tonne chassis. Our SnoPro B range equates to our old ‘heavy duty’ model and would be suitable for tractors from 100 hp or 18 tonne lorries and above.

These units are available with a high yield steel or high density polymer mould board, both mounted to a steel skeleton to give extra strength and rigidity. We believe we are the only company who use high yield steel which gives optimum strength to weight ratio. This means our snowploughs would be as strong or stronger than competitors snowploughs made of thicker, heavier standard mild steel. Our WM1A and WM1B frames are made from 'channel' section which we believe to be much stronger than the 'angle' section used by many of our competitors. When using DIN plates our mounting plates which ‘mate’ with DIN plates (Model 76060A) are also reinforced with channel to give extra strength.

Units come complete with high yield steel or polymer mouldboard with spring loaded replaceable high carbon steel wearing edges, castors, vee yokes, WM1A or WM1B subframe, manual angling adjustment, hydraulic lift with hand pump or from the tractor hydraulics and vehicle mounting brackets. We can also mount our snowploughs onto DIN plate mounting systems using the DIN plate 76060A. The SnoPro B units also have a fixed angle curved snow deflector top and twin castors, in lieu of single, as standard.
