The sweeper can be made in any width to suit any type of bucket (bucket not supplied). To empty the bucket, simply tip it and the sweeper automatically swings clear. The sweeper brackets can be fitted on to the bucket by any competent welder and do not interfere with the normal working of the bucket.

This sweeper has a reinforced pressed steel shell which will withstand the rigours of most sweeping applications. The front cowling allows you to sweep whilst driving forward, a feature most bucket brushes do not have.

The sweeper is fitted with a unique quick change core system with a special self levelling core arrangement which maintains even wear along the core and gives better sweeping results than using a rigid core. The box section of the ‘Quick ‘n’ Easy core system helps to further strengthen the side plates.

Removing the core is as simple as…

Take out the securing pin at either end of the core

The brush core complete with drive and idle ends then slips down onto the floor

Withdraw the drive and idle ends from the core. You are now ready to fit replacement sections onto the old core or replace the existing core with a spare core already fitted with brush sections. This means the unit can be operational again in minutes!!!
